For years I have been asked, “What resistance bands do you recommend for warm ups and corrective exercises?” My answer is the Hip Circle by Mark Bell. I use this band EVERY SINGLE DAY and it is a MUST HAVE in your gym bag.
I would highly recommend the “Grippy Hip Circle” or the “Hip Circle 2.0.” The Grippy band has a little more give and where as the Hip Circle 2.0 has more resistance.
